Customer returns must email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All new items (excluding non-refundable items) may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase. The products must be in their original packaging with all parts and manuals fully intact. Product returns must be shipped to the store of purchase via FedEx or UPS only. Products may also be returned in-store from the store of purchase.
The original Bluwire receipt must be included with all returns. The credit card used for the original payment will be refunded within 5 business days upon the return of the product. Cash sales can only be refunded at the Bluwire store where the item was purchased. If the product is returned by mail or another Bluwire store, a check will be processed and sent by U.S. Postal Service within 5 business days from the date the return was made or received.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective items.
Non-refundable times are considered “final sale” as posted at the store and on the receipt. Non-refundable are only exchanged if the item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects do not include products damaged by normal use, wear and tear or use outside of the manufacture specifications. A defective non-refundable item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The products must be in their original packaging with all parts and manuals fully intact. The product can be returned to a Bluwire store or by mail to Bluwire corporate headquarters to process the return. Non-refundable items include: All Headphone,s Cases, Cameras, TV’s, Speakers, Tablets, Travel Accessories, and Power Solutions. These sales are final unless defective.
All defective products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. The products must be in their original packaging with all parts and manuals fully intact. The product can be returned to a Bluwire store or sent to Bluwire corporate headquarters to process the return. After the item has been evaluated and deemed defective and not damaged by normal use, wear and tear or use outside of the manufacture specifications the item will be replaced or the customer will be given store credit. All defective items not returned within 15 days will be directed to the product manufacturer and Bluwire will no longer be responsible for any warranty claims.
Bluwire reserves the right to change the return policy and any time. Individual stores may have modified return policies due to Airport Regulations and the individual store return policy supersedes any other Bluwire return policy. Bluwire reserves the right to deny any return if any of the Bluwire return policies are not met.
